Shannon, IL- December 10, 2024- Robin Wilhelms Saar, President and CEO of First State Bank Shannon-Polo-Lake Carroll, has announced addition to FSB Polo- Tess Kurschner- Relationship Banker.

Tess joined our Polo CSR team as a Relationship Banker. Tess will be learning all aspects of Customer Service including imaging and bookkeeping duties. Tess comes to us with a great passion for the community, strong community relationships and the skill set needed to excel in the banking industry. In her free time Tess enjoys reading and writing and spending time with her cats, my dog, and family!
