Got out on Lake O’Dowd in Shakopee with Atlee for what’s probably our last fishing trip of the season. The fish weren’t exactly cooperating, but this little walleye saved us from getting skunked.

There’s something pretty special about taking my son fishing in my grandpa’s old boat. This decades old Alumnacraft fishing vessel is adding another generation of memories.

We're excited to introduce Christy Congdon, our newest team member at Nick Atkinson & Associates! Before joining the insurance industry, Christy spent over 18 years working in the dental field. Her background in the dental industry has given her a strong foundation in customer service, and she enjoys building meaningful relationships. Christy is looking forward to expanding her knowledge and obtaining her insurance license.

She is a dedicated wife and mother of four children and a lovable Havanese dog. Christy stays active as a PTO President at a local elementary school and has served on an association board. When she's not at work or volunteering, you'll likely find her out for a walk, watching her kids' activities and sports, organizing something around the house, or enjoying a game night with family and friends.

Wow, Shakopee—you showed up!! 🎃 What a beautiful day in downtown!

We handed out nearly 800 treats and made multiple candy runs before finally running out and having to close our doors a little early.

An extra special shout out to our kids for spending their Saturday morning helping us keep the treats flowing. ❤️

Days like today remind us how much we love being part of this friendly, vibrant community. Thanks for sharing your amazing costumes and smiling faces with us!
