❤️ I’m proud to be a life insurance agent for many reasons.

🔴 I’ve delivered numerous tax free checks to grieving families that helped them keep the house, the cars, allowed the kids to go to college or to stay in college and much more.

🔴 I’ve seen families not necessarily increase their standard of living with the passing of a loved one but at least keep the same standard of living as they have now because a financial provider cared enough to have life insurance.

🔴 I’ve come to realize that no amount of life insurance brings back a loved one or makes you miss them any less but it does ease the financial burden and by easing the financial burden it helps with the emotional burden by giving the family one less thing to worry about during the important grieving process.

🔴 I’ve come to realize that people that pass away with life insurance, their loved ones get to make their own decisions, people who pass away without life insurance, their loved ones may have decisions made for them.

🔴 I’ve come to realize that life insurance is ultimately done out of love so I talk to people about life with my heart and not my head as we all have people that we love.

🖤 Finally, I have been to to that widows house and there are folks there with cakes, pies and casseroles which is awesome but I came to realize that the most important person in that living room was me because I had a tax free check that was going to make a difference in this family’s life for possible generations to come and that’s the best reason of all…..

“Whole Life Insurance is a scam”

It's a common belief, but it's not the full picture. Life insurance can feel like a scam IF it's sold the wrong way, or if you buy a product that doesn't match your needs. But when structured properly, it's actually one of the most powerful financial tools out there.

Some of the classic savings guru guys out there will sell you on the ‘buy term and invest the difference’ philosophy. But as someone who works in this space every day, I can tell you that advice is based on how policies used to work decades ago, not how they’re structured today.

Modern cash value policies, when designed correctly, are built for higher early cash value, optimized funding, and flexible access to your money. Reality is, most people don’t actually invest the difference consistently or outperform the internal rates of return these policies can provide. That’s exactly why so many wealthy families, yes, including the Rockefellers, still use properly structured cash value policies as a cornerstone of generational wealth planning.

I get why the old talking points sound convincing, but a lot has changed and if you’re only relying on Ramsey or outdated articles, you’re missing how these strategies actually work today. That said, I STILL sell and support Term Policies when they make the most sense, there’s absolutely a place for them. The difference is, I customize strategies to the client’s long-term goals instead of relying on one-size-fits-all advice.
