Y’all…this is HUGE!! And a pretty cool underdog story so please read 😊

We are now recognized as the NUMBER ONE brokerage in the COUNTRY for DSCR (non-qm investment) loans with the number one DSCR non-qm lender in the country.

A few things I wanted to share with you so you know just how much this means to us:

1️⃣ There are around 26,000 active brokerages in the country
2️⃣ There are over 70-80,000 licensed mortgage brokers in the country
3️⃣ There are hundreds of lenders offering non-qm products to brokerages

…and we made the #1 slot

❌When I first got into the industry I didn’t know any real estate agents besides around 2, and one of them graciously wrote me a letter of recommendation to get my first job as a loan originator. Thank you James Maddron for that!

❌I was told I wouldn’t make it in this industry because the agents in my area already had their preferred lenders.

❌Jen, my head processor, was warned not to leave the bank and come with me when I started my mortgage company because it would likely tank within a year.

📌Please let this post be a reminder to you that if someone says you can’t do something, 9 x out of 10, they are WRONG.
