Job Opening: Personal Lines Insurance Producer
Location: Cambridge, OH
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven, high-energy licensed Personal Lines Insurance Producer to join our growing team at Nalin Bateman Insurance Services TWFG Branch In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Life, etc.) to meet our clients' unique needs.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, network, and generate new leads for personal insurance lines as well as work prior lost leads.
Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to recommend appropriate coverage.
Provide accurate quotes and close sales to meet monthly production goals.
Maintain a high level of client retention through exceptional service and annual reviews.
Stay up-to-date on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Current Property & Casualty license (Required).
Pay Base plus Commission (based on experience)
