We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Office Manager to join our team. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients while helping keep daily office operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients as they arrive at the office
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally
Schedule and confirm appointments via phone and email
Process and deposit checks
Track, organize, and pay office bills as needed
Assist clients and staff with required paperwork and documentation
Follow up on paperwork to ensure timely completion and submission
Help coordinate and implement marketing efforts
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Submit and maintain compliance-related paperwork and records
Assist with planning and coordinating client events and office events
Support daily administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Attention to detail and follow-through
Professional and positive attitude
Experience with Microsoft Office, email systems, and scheduling tools preferred
Previous office administration or management experience preferred
