This weeks lettuce harvest did great despite the past several weeks with heat indexes over 100 degrees. Lettuce does not like to grow here in our West Tennessee summers compared to fall/winter and spring. But we pull it off every summer. Even after 10 years of growing lettuce in the summer I’m still amazed we pull it off.
