Greens are thriving on this Cold December day. F2HT is right on schedule for Jan 1st harvest. This tunnel of greens will give us weekly successions of harvest Jan, Feb and March. Tunnels are a vital part of our 52 week harvest plan. Harvesting in the open field under quick hoops get old and cold after a while.
