📲 NEED TO REPORT A CLAIM?
You can contact Peak Insurance for assistance or report your claim directly to your insurance carrier. We’ve gathered our carriers’ claims contact information and online reporting links in one convenient place:

Find your insurance company and use its claims phone number or online reporting link to get started. If our office is closed or you’re unable to reach us, you can still contact your carrier directly. Have your policy number handy, if available, and save your claim number for follow-up.

If your home, vehicle, or business suffers damage:

📸 Document everything. When safe, take clear photos and videos of the damage before cleanup or temporary repairs. Make a list of damaged belongings.

🛠️ Protect your property. Once conditions are safe, make necessary temporary repairs to prevent additional damage, such as covering broken windows or arranging for a damaged roof to be tarped. Keep receipts for materials and emergency services.

🏠 Coordinate permanent repairs with your carrier. Give your insurance company an opportunity to inspect the damage before permanent repairs begin. Emergency measures to prevent further damage should not wait.

📁 Keep your records together. Save photos, receipts, repair estimates, your claim number, and your adjuster’s contact information.
