More Good news in Home Loans!

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) announced the 2021 loan limits for FNMA and FHLMC loans.


Single family conforming limit increased from $510,400 to $548,250.
Single family high balance is now at a MAXIMUM of $822,375.
As a reminder loan limits (including 2-4 family) are on a County by County basis

This annual report describes FHFA's accomplishments, as well as challenges, the agency faced in meeting the strategic goals and objectives during the past fiscal year.
