Hello Everyone,
Given the current circumstance of COVID-19, there are precautions we all need to take.
In an effort to do our part to help slow the spread of the virus, we want to inform you of what we are doing at the Steve Yount Insurance office and what to expect as we are continuing to do business throughout this uncertain time.
Today, Indiana government officials have declared a “Stay At Home Order”, as other states have, through April 7th. However, the business of insurance does fall under the Essential Businesses and Operations guidelines. This means that we can and will continue to operate.
Steve Yount Insurance office staff will be working from home as necessary. However, this is voluntary and some of our staff will be in the office working. Because of our cloud-based phone system and our agency management system, no one should see any change in operations. Phones will ring into the office line, answered and transferred to that individual’s cell phone so we can continue to conduct business as usual.
Something to consider, when you call into Steve Yount Insurance , you may notice children in the background, dog barking, etc. because individuals are working from their homes. Please forgive us for that. We look forward to seeing the other side of this, like everyone. Hopefully things will be back to normal soon.
