Reports from the Tulsa State Fair: Great reading material and comfy chairs are a must during a short break from goat prep! Glad to see our members enjoying the American Farmers & Ranchers Youth exhibitor lounge, and proud that we can be apart of supporting youth in agriculture! If our youth AFR members are engaged in agriculture activities, please share their photos with us. We love to see it!

October is National Cooperative Month and we are excited to share that our annual Dewey County AFR Meeting will be October 27th at 6:30PM located at the Seiling Community Center, better known as the Country Club! As always, there will be door prizes, legislative conversation and a wonderful, catered meal. This is also where we make decisions on HOW we give back to our communities as a county membership group! Yes, that's correct–our insurance cooperative INVESTS back into our local communities through scholarships, donations and support of our youth, fire departments and senior centers EVERY single year!

We look forward to seeing all our customers there. Please RSVP to us here at the office so we can get an accurate headcount for the meal!

Ella Langley's song "Something Simple" is exactly how we feel about rural Oklahoma. Give me a "House on a hill, a horse in the yard....the sun's going down, supper on the stove."

We love the simplicity of rural Oklahoma and it just so happens to be our specialty. From a house on a hill, to a full scale farm and ranch operation, we have you covered and we know rural, because we live it right alongside you!
