Never sq**rt WD-40 in a safe deposit box...NEVER!
The first picture shows two locks.
The top lock still needs A customer key and a guard key to unlock the box... The lock below it had WD-40 sq**rted in it several years previously by a bank employee (notice the yellow stain at the bottom of the lock face) ..As the WD-40 dried the tumblers got sticky And when it was last accessed by the customer the tumblers stayed in the unlocked position...

The second picture shows HOW a screwdriver in the keyway will unlock the box without the use of a guard key or a customer key!!!!!
