Some important information on 1099's for those companies who don't know already:

*Non Compensated Employees/Subcontractors wages used to be reported on line 7 of a 1099Misc.
Starting this year, for the 2020 tax season, the Non Compensated Employee/Subcontractor wages will be reported on the New 1099NEC line 1.
They usually have to be sent out by Jan 31st, but, because the 31st falls in a Sunday this year, ALL 1099's must be post marked by Feb 1st.
Your 1096's have to be postmarked by Feb 28th!
*W2's must be post marked by Feb 1st as well.
* Filing Late will incur health Penalties!
