The October 2026 Visa Bulletin is finally out, a few weeks later than usual, and it opens FY 2027 with real movement for EB-5 investors.

India's unreserved category is back after months of being unavailable. China saw its biggest Dates for Filing jump in years. And a change on the USCIS side could mean more investors already in the U.S. are able to file their I-485 this month.

One thing stayed the same, and it's still the most important part of the bulletin for anyone choosing an EB-5 project.

Things are moving at The Pines of Grass Valley! 🚜

Site demolition is complete and sitework is officially underway on this 108-unit multifamily community in Grass Valley, California, about 75 minutes from Lake Tahoe.

For our investors, it's an important early milestone: the project is moving from plans and renderings to visible activity on the ground. Once it's built, The Pines will bring much-needed rental housing to a market where vacancy sits at just 2.1%.
