Throughout our home-buying process, she’s been a steady, reassuring presence. Even when things felt confusing or stressful (and trust me, there were moments!), she responded with kindness and clarity.
What stood out most to me is how she always said, “I got you,” and meant it. And though underwriting had some last-minute twists that made me a little emotional, Jess didn’t dismiss my feelings—she acknowledged them, explained everything patiently, and worked behind the scenes to get us the best outcome. She’s smart, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile, even when the road gets bumpy.
I’m someone who tends to overthink and ask a lot of follow-up questions, and Jess never made me feel like a burden. She was empathetic, calm, and very human in a process that can feel overly mechanical.
Highly recommend her if you want someone who doesn’t just get the job done—but does it with heart.
