Charlie came highly recommended by several friends who had worked with him, and now I completely understand why.
My home-buying journey actually started back in 2023. I knew exactly what I wanted, and after months of searching, I finally found what I considered my dream home. Unfortunately, another buyer came in with a much stronger offer, and I lost it. It was incredibly disappointing, and I honestly wondered if I'd ever find a place that felt like home again.
Fast forward to 2026. I continued looking at homes over the years, and Charlie never once made me feel like I was wasting his time. I probably reached out more times than I can count asking him to rerun numbers, compare interest rates, or answer "what if" questions as the market changed. Every single time, he was patient, responsive, and willing to help. Whether it was a quick text, a phone call, or running updated scenarios, he was always there.
Then something incredible happened—the very same house I had fallen in love with in 2023 came back on the market.
It was priced higher than when I first saw it and more than I had originally planned to spend. But I knew I couldn't let it slip away a second time. Charlie immediately jumped into action, helping me understand my options, what I needed to qualify, and how to put together the strongest financial position possible.
The underwriting process can be stressful, and there were definitely moments where I panicked. Charlie was a steady voice through the entire process. Instead of letting me worry, he explained exactly what was happening, what documents were needed, what steps to take next, and what I could expect. He was proactive, communicative, and always one step ahead, which made a complicated process feel manageable.
What stood out most wasn't just his knowledge—it was how genuinely invested he was in helping me succeed. I never felt like just another loan file. He celebrated the exciting moments, helped calm the stressful ones, and was always available when I needed guidance.
Thanks to Charlie, I'm officially a homeowner, and not just any homeowner—I ended up with the very house I thought I'd lost forever. It still feels surreal that after all those years, the home that got away somehow found its way back to me, and Charlie helped make sure I didn't lose it twice.
If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and truly cares about helping people achieve homeownership, I cannot recommend Charlie enough.
