SOLD 💥 Before & After

Our latest flip that sold last month in Enumclaw, WA. It had been sitting for years half done and an eye sore for the neighborhood. Thanks to we scooped it up, finished it out and made a solid profit!!

Things we learned:
- Even buying a house with framing “done” and rough in components installed, still budget for layout changes and electrical/plumbing/repairs
- inspect the prior work done to confirm you won’t have add items to your SOW later that you thought were already completed
- check with city about outstanding permits/fees/their requirements

Unexpected expense appears when someone decides to cut the chain link at one of our commercial projects. Maybe we should have left the gate unlocked ;) lol
oh that someone also decided to leave bunch of needles for us.
