Wow isn't this an interesting view? One small blip right after 2008 where values dipped since 1960. Home values have done nothing but increase. This tells me that when it is "YOUR TIME" to purchase is the best time to purchase. Quit trying to time a market. Thank you everyone who has trusted me as your LO over the last 20 years.
