Being in the Present Moment Guide: Practicing Regularly

😀 Meditation-set aside 15-20 minutes once or twice a day to sit undisturbed. The idea is to concentrate on your breath in some manner to allow your thoughts to pass out of your consciousness. It's pretty hard to do, that's why they call it practice. But the idea is to bring yourself back to present consciousness and allow whatever comes up in your thoughts and feelings to drift away. At the very least, you are giving yourself a time-out from your daily routine and that, for many of us, is a gift in itself.
😀 Mindfulness practice-another way to bring awareness to whatever you 're doing. Even if it's too time-consuming to do this for many of the activities you do during the day, stop for one or two activities to be totally present. That could be going for a walk after dinner, or a morning jog, or it could be doing the dishes. The aim is to be fully involved in every aspect of the operation. Instead of thinking a thousand thoughts and doing your job by rote, put your full awareness to every aspect of what you 're doing. Give it the time and effort it needs. See the value of everything you do.
😀 Set a goal-why are you doing anything other than the fact that you have to? By setting a goal, you 're stating why this action is important and giving it meaning.

How to use money to suck out more happiness

Although getting a lot of money just won't necessarily improve your sense of well-being, it can be used well. Money is in large part a strong indicator of well-being as it protects against traumatic, adverse events, from fundamental, i.e. , financial insecurity, a lack of basic needs , such as food and shelter, to secondary, i.e., layovers, having to go shopping in bad weather. It's also perfect when used strategically to promote meaningful interactions, relationships and a sense of community, all effective ways to improve well-being.

Resilience teaches you that you never consider any obstacle as the end of the world

Life will be hard times. If difficult things happen, you need the skills and qualities to navigate them effectively. Personal growth can not prevent all negative things from happening but when they emerge, it helps you deal with challenges.

Self-development deepens your confidence to accept that for motives that can only lead to your best interest, something happens. Resilience allows you to continue going forward with courage, wisdom and fortitude, even if that means changing course entirely.

There is no barrier to holding you back with this sort of attitude. You'll have greater confidence, pliability, and personal and interpersonal skills to deal with any challenge you encounter in climbing up the performance ladder.

Senses of self-development
Sense of direction

The more you grow yourself, the more pure you are to accomplish what you desire.
This consistency makes decision taking simpler, so getting a course increases the ability to focus.
You know which goals are relevant in the short term and which are necessary in the long term.
You are centered and successful with a sense of direction.
There's nothing else to coordinate an endeavor than to be centered.
The Directorate shall make a promise.
It's hard to commit to something that doesn't have a predetermined future or course.
If you're packed with skepticism and lack of understanding, there's no way to get your thoughts moving.
Self-development gives you the drive and, thus, the determination to reach your ends.

Things people should never waste time doing
Doing emotionally draining activities

When you want to move into a genuinely prosperous existence, you have to concentrate on issues that positively drive your existence.
Productive people don't waste their energy on issues that mentally exhaust them.
Before agreeing to events on your calendar, be sure the activity will positively contribute to your life.
If you believe it won't, then think about saying no to it.
Remember, don't feel compelled to give an answer right at the moment you 're being asked to do something.
Think before you say yes and know that it's OK to say no to requests for your time.

How habits are acquired

Humans are hardwired to respond to stimuli and expect any behavior to result in them.
That is how they learn behaviors.
In other conditions the brain hopes to be compensated in some way.
What you react initially to such stimuli is how your brain often tells you to act when you encounter the same stimuli.
Each Friday, if you visited the bar near your office with friends, your brain would learn to give you a signal to stop there even when you're alone and not even on Fridays, finally.
Each day it will expect the reward of a drink after work, which can eventually lead to a problem with drinking.
