This goes for anything you do in life! When you control you emotions you’re able to look at things rationally.

This is super important as a trader because if you can pull yourself out of the emotions you can find setups based off of strictly price action and your trading setups!

You don’t want to give back 6 months of gains in a week because you traded emotionally 🤍

I took SPX at the gap fill below 5215 today, filled the gap perfectly down!

However, I did miss the bigger trendline break literally 20 minutes later but greatful the market gave us some clear direction today!

Was able to catch this play within the first 30 minutes of open!

So many women stay on the sidelines for years because someone once told them the market is a casino. It is one of the most expensive myths there is.

A casino is built for you to lose. A good company wants to grow, and grow your share with it. The risk was never the market. The risk is doing it with no plan.
Send this to the friend who still calls investing gambling. He or she might have been waiting a long time for someone to tell them it is not.

1 and done today. Overall this week in the market the PA has been so slow and really have had to be extremely patient for even a small scalp!

Let’s be real with each other for a second.

You wake up to the same alarm.
Same bad job. Same boss. Same paycheck that barely covers rent, bills, and just getting by.

And every night you lay there wishing.
Wishing for more.
Wishing for freedom.
Wishing you didn’t have to check your account before you buy groceries.
Wishing for a life where you don’t trade all your hours for crumbs.

I know that feeling. That job pays the bills, but it’s killing your spirit.
It’s not a career. It’s a cage. And you’ve been in it for years, telling yourself one day.

So clock in at that job if you have to.
But clock in on your dreams too

This trade was from last week!

Even though I was green on this trade I definitely made some mistakes and the biggest one was not following my gut!

Overall weekly target on $SPX was the 5100 as it bounced off of my lower trendline and it went straight to that level
