The CU4Kids auction last Thursday at — Moonlight & Miracles: Where the Stars Align for Kids — was an incredible evening that blended fun, friendly "coopetition," and generosity, raising an incredible $1,530,095 for Children's Miracle Network hospitals!

From "shooting for the stars" and auctioning off Hero Wagons for every CMN hospital in the GoWest region to hearing fro, our Champion Child, Piper, and her family and Dr. David Brumbaugh from Children’s Hospital Colorado, it was truly and evening to remember!

Thank you to everyone who showed up for Credit Unions for Kids — credit union professionals, business partners, and supporters! This was a night to remember!

This week at has been amazing! It's inspiring to see so many credit union professionals come together to learn, collaborate, and have fun! We've had keynote speakers share valuable insights, partners and sponsors share their innovative products and services, breakout sessions that have challenged us, and, yes, we even got to cuddle puppies!

What better way to learn about careers in financial services than to hear directly from the people doing the work?

GoWest partnered with the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) to help host last week’s Next Generation of Financial Leaders Program, introducing emerging professionals to career pathways across banking, credit unions, fintech, cybersecurity and financial education.

Thank you to Sound Credit Union and Salal Credit Union for welcoming participants for an in-person credit union day, and to speakers from Express Credit Union and Seattle Credit Union for sharing their experiences and showcasing the many ways people can make a difference through a career in the Credit Union Movement.

✨ Meet Piper, our 2026 Champion Child at the Moonlight & Miracles CU4Kids Benefit Auction! ✨

At age 4, Piper was diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer. After months of treatment at Children’s Hospital Colorado, she is now cancer-free and thriving. ❤️

This year at MAXX on Oct. 8, Piper and her family will share their story at Moonlight & Miracles.

We can’t wait to welcome this incredible family and celebrate the hope and healing made possible by Children’s Miracle Network hospitals. 🌟
