IPMB got together last night at Bev's house in Moss Landing. It was a great Mexican spread. In spite of our dis-banding, we still will get together. Thanks Bev for a fun evening.

And that's a wrap. IPMB meets as a local chapter one last time before its dissolution date of 6/30/23. Insurance Professionals of Monterey Bay was originally established in 1989 as Insurance Professionals of Monterey County. They changed the name from County to Bay in order to include Santa Cruz County & San Benito County. The chapter hosted 2 California Council meetings in 2003 & 2017. By their successful fundraising efforts, they have donated thousands of dollars to High School Seniors through their scholarship program as well as made donations to the IAIP Legacy Foundation. They also have donated to local charities like Gathering for Women in Monterey & Dorothy's Kitchen in Salinas. This is in addition to promoting education, professional development & friendship within the chapter. Well done ladies!

Yesterday we donated $1,000 check to the non-profit Gathering for Women, located in Monterey, CA. This is where homeless women get get a hot meal, a shower, free clothing & limited emergency services.
