After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close RocketCash’s lending services in the Philippines.

Our mission was to provide fast, accessible financial help to people in urgent situations, especially in underserved communities. Especially parents with sick kids. We believed that trust and mutual accountability would make that possible.

Unfortunately, a significant number of loans have gone unpaid. Over time, this made it impossible to continue operating and to keep helping others who genuinely needed support in critical moments.

This is the part that’s hardest to accept: every unpaid loan didn’t just affect us—it reduced our ability to say “yes” to someone else facing a real emergency.

To those who honored your commitments, thank you. You made this possible for as long as it lasted.

To those with outstanding balances, we still encourage you to fulfill your obligations.

We’re grateful for the opportunity we had to serve, and we hope the good we were able to do made a difference.
