Meet our new Team Member, Dylan! He is our newest Customer Service Representative and will primarily be working with our Sales Team. Dylan is a big sports fan—when he’s not working, he enjoys basketball, lifting, and spending time with his girlfriend. His favorite movie is The Batman, and he’s a fan of music from Zach Bryan. Fun fact: he’s getting ready for his Senior year at Harding University and he’s also on the HU basketball team! Go Bisons! 🦬

Meet our new Team Member, Hailey! Hailey is a Customer Service Representative and Social Media & Marketing Coordinator. She is our Air Traffic Controller/Director of First Impressions! 😀 She helps keep things running smooth at the office!

In her free time, she enjoys writing, reading, baking, hiking, and spending time with her husband—they’re newlyweds, married in October 2025! Her favorite movie is Pride & Prejudice, and her fun fact is that she writes short horror stories for Chilling Entertainment, with most of her stories narrated by different narrators on YouTube or Spotify!

We are excited to have her part of the team!

📣Today is the day! Peggy Sullivan is hanging up her “insurance rate books” after a 40 year career with State Farm! It is a bittersweet day for our agency, but we are so happy for Peggy. We appreciate all that she has done over her career to impact the lives of our customers! Congratulations on your retirement! 🎉

🎈Stop by the office today between 10 AM and 1 PM for a come and go reception to honor Peggy! We will be serving Chick-fil-A chicken minis (her favorite), cookies, coffee, and punch. 🎈
