Quick Mortgage Tip : Mortgage rates can vary drametically depending on many factors. Asking "what is your rate" without knowing all of the details, can lead to improper expectations and a disapointed customer. Keep in mind, the mortgage industry will always advertise the best rate options available to get the phone to ring. You can get VERY low rates right now...if you are willing to pay for them. Always get a written estimate based on your specific circumstances.
