Sarah usually responds to my needs in less than 30 minutes and takes care of business for me when I need something. I'm not an expert in insurance, nor requests by my contractors for additional insured so I rely on Sarah to furnish them with what they need.

👍👍👍👍👍 Review Comment: I have been fulfilling all my insurance needs with Diana Phipps for almost 10 years. I will share a couple of examples of the exemplary service Diana provides.
The most recent example was I was refinancing my home and needed copies of a couple of pages from my policies to send. I called Diana and was able to provide this information within 15 minutes.
I saved the best example for last however. I purchased a new vehicle and of course contacted Diana to purchase my insurance. She recommended a small company out of Wisconsin that I never heard of. She also included the replacement coverage rider in the quote. We talked about it and she convinced me it was the right thing to do. Some time later I was rear ended on the freeway and my car was totaled. Without blinking an eye a claim was processed, I selected a replacement vehicle and a check was presented for the new car less the deductible. Without Diana's guidance I probably wouldn't have selected the replacement rider on my own and the accident would have been an even bigger pain in the neck (I had whiplash) than it was.
I highly recommend Diana Phipps and Eaton for your insurance needs.
