With all the chatter about interest rates being at historic lows, I wanted to ensure you saw the truth behind what borrowers are actually being offered thanks to this "New Normal". Some of your clients will be excited to get 30 year rates in the 2's. While others, will wonder why they are being offered rates in the 4's.
