We’re at the halftime mark, and this cohort is already rewriting what’s possible.

5 days on the dialer last week. Zero mortgage experience on day one. Half the day on the phones.

The result?
📞 22 applications per person, averaged across the entire cohort.
📁 1.5 deals per person submitted into processing, in a single week.

Let that sink in. These aren’t seasoned loan officers. These are people we built from the ground up — knowledge, confidence, and a foundation that’s already producing real results. And that was last week.
