Got tired of riding in the dirt so I explored the concrete jungle today on my mountain bike. Went and met the owners of the first home I bought 25 years ago with my good friend James. I think we paid around $56,000 for it. 🤣🤣Riding in the city is no joke. Greenway and the 51.

Movement Mortgage empowers local Phoenix charities! It was an honor to present Homeaid with a grant of $10,000 on behalf of the KM Foundation! This grant, along with another for $10,000 to House of Refuge, were voted on by Movement and Karis employees and were 2 of the 35 grants given to charities, nationwide.

We spent Christmas break exploring Newport Beach on our bikes. Plenty of ice cream as well 🤣. Always a fun time at the beach!
