The first time we spoke over the phone, Chad spent over an hour listening to us and making sure we understood every step of the journey we were about to take. He answered all of our questions and always addressed our concerns to the fullest.

We spoke many times after that, and Chad made us feel as if we were his number one priority. He didn't hesitate to call us or return texts/emails/phone calls immediately regardless if it was weekend or in the evening.

We were not an slam dunk kind of loan by far. Chad's finance knowledge and suave strategies made it possible for us to qualify for the loan and get house that was important to us.

His calm demeaner made us feel reassured throughout the time of the loan application. When we DID receive word that we qualified for the loan, Chad celebrated with us like he was part of our family. He certainly has a special place in our heart. If we were every to refinance or find another home, Chad would be the first person we would call - even before a realtor!

He kept us informed every step of the way and there were no surprises from Chad or his staff. To say Chad and his staff were "thorough" would be a gross understatement. We were extremely happy with Chad. We feel like he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and he knocked it out of the park.
