Figured I’d finally put this out there for anyone who doesn’t know exactly what I do.

I’ve been in the mortgage business for 10+ years and recently made the move into the broker space, which has opened up a lot more options for the people I work with.

I’m licensed in 29 states + D.C. and can help with the normal purchase/refi side, but I’m also putting a much bigger focus on the investor and specialty side — DSCR, commercial loans, investment properties, cash-out, and deals that may not fit the traditional lending box.

I’m also a licensed Realtor in California, so depending on the situation I can help there as well.

Saw some great days in the bonds market for better interest rates, due to a favorable jobs report and the unfortunate demise of SVB (Silicon Valley Bank.) What we lost in the month of Feb we've nearly gained back in 3 days. VERY unusual.

If you have recently locked your loan with a lender reach back out and see if they can renegotiate your rate. If they cannot, then reach out to me directly and I will take care of you.

This is a PSA for everyone I know in Shelton, CT. This is a pretty awesome report but the thing that pains me the most is the demographics. My age group 27-35 makes up the least amount of people purchasing. Even more that the 18-26 group is surpassing ya'll. Don't wait! Let me show you why.. Don't get lapped!
