Interesting read! Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will introduce a new loan-level price adjustment (LLPA) matrix on May 1, 2023. The program will provide better pricing on mortgages to nontraditional borrowers who previously had to pay higher interest rates due to factors like lower FICO scores, smaller down payments, and debt-to-income ratio issues.
