That same curiosity led him to finance at a young age and eventually to earning his Finance degree from UNLV. Today, Zachary is committed to helping people strive for stronger financial futures through clarity, education, and genuine care.

Over the past three years, Vickie has made an incredible impact on our team. She has been instrumental in organizing and strengthening our CRM program and RBG program, and her outstanding contributions led to her promotion to Operations Coordinator, where she helped streamline operational efficiency and supported the team in achieving key goals.
Vickie has a unique talent for stepping in wherever organization is needed most. She is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a keen ability to simplify and improve processes, making work better for everyone around her. Beyond her impressive skillset, Vickie is truly a joy to work with—bringing positivity, collaboration, and dedication to everything she does.
In her new role, Vickie will be supporting our Executive Vice President, taking on a wide range of responsibilities that are critical to our continued success.

Equitable Advisors is seeking a detail-oriented Advisor Support professional to join their Southwest Branch in Scottsdale, AZ. This role plays a key part in supporting financial advisors and branch operations across AZ, NV, and NM. The position involves assisting with recruiting efforts, coordinating onboarding activities, creating engaging social media content, and ensuring daily operational needs are met.

This is a full-time, in-office role requiring strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ideal candidates will bring analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams while managing multiple priorities. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with skills in research, proofreading, and problem-solving.
