Official 2026 conforming loan limits haven’t been released, but based on estimates ahead of the FHFA announcement, we’re honoring the following increased loan limits for conventional and VA loans locked starting today, September 17, 2025:
$819,000 one-unit conventional and VA* loans (increased from $806,500)
Updated conforming loan limits are also available on 2-4 unit conventional loans
$1,048,500 two-unit conventional loans (increased from $1,032,650)
$1,268,000 three-unit conventional loans (increased from $1,248,150)
$1,575,000 four-unit conventional loans (increased from $1,551,250)
