Alright, people the date is set for our first BAB event (Business and Beverages).

If you are a real estate agent or a Veteran, we would like to welcome you to an event that Leslie and I are holding on 2/15 at Big's American Bar & Grill. Our goal is to provide you with information about the VA loan process, that might just help you or your clients win the deal in this crazy market.

We also want to provide you with resources and information that are not mortgage related that can help veterans in general: Everything from how to file a disability claim, how to apply for VA medical benefits, where to go for help from different VSO organizations, etc... So, if you plan on attending the event, please let Leslie Freiberg Del Maestro or I know, so that we can get an accurate headcount.

Here is a really good article about the resources that are available to Veterans here in Colorado. Please pass this around to all of the Vets you know, as they could need the help, but just do not know where to turn.

This weekend I had the absolute pleasure of doing a 10k with 25lbs of food on my back to help support homeless veterans here in Colorado. God Bless our troops, especially the ones that didn't make it home.
