Scottsdale will always be Scottsdale, Honestly Real Estate is the most Industry where the agents choose to be a a great agent or a mediocre agent...Been here long enough to know when people talk it to till you make it, the whole Industry would have been fine if every agent had a client sign a Buyer Broker Agreement and now agents are talking about the Buyer Broker form, as if its being forced on them? I always had a client sign a Buyer Broker Agreement. I made sure they understood we were not wasting each others time and they were loyal to me as long as I performed for them. To hear another agent talk about the Buyer Broker here at the coffee shop with his client, just makes me realize why I left Real Estate a while back and focused on helping people with Financial Education. I still hold my Real Estate License since it is used to help older clients downsize into a smaller properties, but this whole NAR bowing down to these greedy ass Lawyers just further shows how NAR never had the agents back since there was no clear mandate for the Buyer Broker agreement to be used to make the public aware of how a Real Estate agent is paid.
