We are hiring for the the position of Real Estate Operations Coordinator. This role is a hybrid of 2 positions within our growing company.
1. Transactions Coordination - responsible for managing all transactions from the point of sale to close, maintaining constant communication with homeowners, title companies, investors, and any other relevant parties to the transaction as needed to ensure a smooth transaction, while maintaining a high level of customer service to all clients buying/selling homes.
2. Leasing and Property Management - responsible for working with tenants to onboard them into their new rental. This position is also the ongoing point of contact to the tenants as needed throughout their lease. Complete management of the lease paperwork, property management system and ongoing operations for the rental portfolio.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail, creativity, self-starter, exceptional problem solving skills, a team oriented philosophy, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task, and proficiency with MS Office software.
Compensation will be hourly + commission
Transaction Responsibilities:
Responsible for processing all transactions from contract to close
Managing all aspects of escrow process from contract to close
Maintain electronic filing system and CRM
Prepare and modify contractual documents for both acquisitions and dispositions
Setup transaction timelines
Coordinate solutions for homeowners on an as-needed basis in the closing process (ie. moving assistance, early release of funds, lockbox, photos of properties, legal processes, etc)
Maintain constant communication with buyers and sellers through the closing process
Keeping the entire team updated on the progress of all contracts and transactions
Marketing tasks as requested by management
Cross training for bookkeeping/admin, so to fill in as needed in the absence of the admin staff
Administrative duties, to include copying, answering the phone, and sending and receiving faxes and emails as needed
Other relevant duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must have 3+ experience years in Real Estate or Escrow
Must have an understanding of the real estate sales process
Ability to perform duties accurately, efficiently and quickly
Excellent organizational and systems-oriented skills
Phenomenal attention to detail
Strong functional knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written (spelling, grammar, punctuation, vocabulary, etc.) and oral skills
Licensed realtor, spanish speaking are big pluses and will be compensated as such!
Must have own reliable transportation
Work well as a team player
Hours
Hours will be Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm
Must have flexibility to work on weekends, and to be able to answer phone and emails as needed on weekends
