I don't usually brag about reviews; but being able to genuinely help someone who has been told they don't have any options is such a great feeling.

"It's hard to express my gratitude with words, as Riley and Tom did such an amazing job. I had been told by so many loan officers that I did not qualify for a loan. I have student loans, and they often told me I had no way of getting a loan due to my student loan debt. I also never saw any loan officer really try to help or even look into options for me. I was tired of being told that there was no way for me. I can happily share that I closed escrow on July 15 on my new home. I love my house, it is so beautiful, exactly what I wanted. Tom and Riley went out of their way to help me, we jumped over so many obstacles, so many issues, gathered so many docs, dealt with many changes, and they never left my side, they helped us get our dream home. My children will have a home of their own. If you are really looking to buy a home, if you are tired of renting and want to really own your home, please do yourself a favor and call Riley or Tom. You will not regret it, if they could deal with all my issues, credit issues, debt ratio, etc... I'm sure they can help you. Don't waste your time anywhere else, I am living proof that they helped me so much. And no I'm not related to anyone at VIP mortgage nor am I getting paid to write this review, I'm just so grateful, I'm so happy that we finally have a home."
