Life shifts. Bodies change. Priorities evolve.
But one thing hasn’t: I’m still showing up—and growing in ways I never imagined.
For years, I poured everything into everyone else.
Clients. Career. Community. Legacy.
And let’s be clear—those sacrifices brought real, meaningful success.
Sometimes, the only way forward was going a thousand percent in one direction—
even if my body couldn’t keep pace.
But I’ve learned something along the way:
Chasing balance isn’t about punishing myself—
It’s about pursuing my purpose with grace, with urgency, and with the courage to redefine what healthy and whole look like for me.
Since January, I’ve lost 30 pounds—
And in the process, I gained clarity, presence, and renewed strength.
I have a 15-year-old and a 15-month-old daughter looking back at me…
And three beautiful children I’ve inherited through this incredible marriage to Dr. Chelif Junor
Yes, life has changed. And beautifully so.
And believe it or not, I’m still hoping for three more kids.
Call it bold. Call it blessed. Maybe both.
Because growth doesn’t scare me—it drives me.
This season, I’m making room—
→ For the family I love
→ For the dreams I haven’t met yet
→ And for the kind of success that holds space for me, too
To anyone still working on their health, identity, or pace—
You are not behind.
You are not too late.
You are still becoming.
Will I need more help to grow this family? Likely.
Will I need a stronger team to support the vision? Absolutely.
Do I still have room to rise? Without question.
But does my health have to suffer in the process?
Absolutely not.
All of it can coexist.
And as I keep dreaming for myself, I leave the door wide open for others to dream too.
So don’t hesitate to reach further.
Because really—what’s there to lose?
All you might catch… is one more star.
