Our adopted daughter, Cori, is part Native American. We are trying to incorporate that part of her heritage into her life. Today is Indigenous People's Day. Let us celebrate this and all peoples/cultures everyday.

Indigenous Peoples’ Day is celebrated on the second Monday of October, on October 14 this year, to honor the cultures and histories of the Native American people. The day is centered around reflecting on their tribal roots and the stories that make up their communities.

Native American people are honored and celebrated on Indigenous Peoples’ Day.

Aloha All~

We just added 2 more states to 1 Touch Processing LLC's growing list of states that we are able to contract process in. We now can process in AZ, CA, CO, FL, IL, MI & TX!

We use the Contract Processing Edition of Lending Pad, the Contract Processing Edition of Arive and we have access to Encompass (you will need to provide us with a seat in your Encompass). If you use Point we will provide you with a compliant closed loan package to upload into your Point system.

We process conforming, correspondent, FHA, VA, USDA, FHA streamline, VA IRRRLs, Jumbo, Reverse Mortgages, DSCR, NON-QM, 203K, construction, construction to permanent loans, Piggyback HELOCs and Stand Alone HELOCs.

We also don't just use a few lenders, whatever lender you are signed up with and want to use - we will get logins and run with your loan!

We are growing! We have hired additional impeccable processors to handle the increased influx of loans coming in!

We have plans to add OR, WA and looking at IN, and the Carolinas - willing to add your state if there are enough loans being closed in that state.
