I know for some of us it becomes an emotional process, and we believe our home is sometimes worth more than the data... but please trust your realtor (assuming you have hired the right one... which if you need a recommendation, let me know) as the cost of pricing your home either under or over market value does make a HUGE DIFFERENCE!!
