Just shared the stage with at our Night of Excellence. 🏈

Yes, he's a decorated NFL alumni and Super Bowl Champion. But that's not why our packed house was hanging on every word.

Michael came to talk about what the rings don't show: resilience. Vulnerability. Second chances.

"Beyond the Ring: Excellence, Vulnerability & Impact" was his message—and it landed hard. Because everyone in that room needed to hear that your lowest moment isn't your final chapter.

But here's what struck me most: how genuinely down-to-earth and relatable he is. No ego. Just a guy who's been through it, owns it, and wants to help others do the same, all with a genuine smile. A family man who shows up—for his wife and kids, for his community, for anyone who needs it.

So it was the perfect moment to present him with our 2026 Champion for Kids award, recognizing his outstanding work with at-risk youth in his community. That's where his real championship is.

While he inspired us, we awarded $550,000 in scholarships to students ready to write their own comeback stories.

That's impact. 🏆
