Good morning, friends and family, if there is anyone out there looking for investment properties while the housing market has cooled off.

There is a product out there called DSCR Loan. This type of product allows you to buy a home that is not based upon your monthly income, but rather the average rental income in the area for that property you are buying. A very popular product now that prices have dropped slightly. This can also be used for investment properties you already own, if need be, to take equity out to buy another home etc.... May not happen over night but a lot going on in the market. Currently a buyers market, if you're interested buying a home the ball is in your court to negotiate. The minute rates drop gives sellers the opportunity to ask for a higher sales prices. You can always refinance to reduce your rate when the market drops but you can't change what you pay for your home. Hope this helps.
