With E bikes becoming more and more popular it’s very important to remember that most homeowners insurance carriers do not cover electric bikes under your homeowners policy if they have a throttle. If they’re pedal assisted then your homeowners insurance should cover them, but if they have a twist or push throttle of any kind. Typically, they are excluded from coverage on home policies.
Here’s $5000 worth of bikes I just did for a client. Cost $129 annually. No brainer in my opinion
