I cannot say enough good things about this group and the way they handled what was far from a “cookie cutter” loan situation. From day one, they treated me with respect, professionalism, urgency, and understanding.
My loan process came with several moving parts and challenges that could have easily slowed things down or discouraged another lender. I had a unique income structure after being 1099 for a period of time and then transitioning back to W2 income. On top of that, there were prior divorce related items and previous child support situations that required additional documentation, clarification, and patience throughout underwriting. Instead of making excuses or creating stress, Chris and Brion attacked every obstacle head on and navigated the process like absolute professionals.
Christopher Squires was incredible throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, calm under pressure, transparent, responsive, and always made me feel like I was a priority. He explained things in a way that actually made sense and never once made me feel judged or uncomfortable about the complexity of my file. In a world where customer service seems to be disappearing, Chris truly stands out. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people achieve their goals and finding solutions instead of roadblocks.
Brion was equally impressive. The coordination, communication, follow up, organization, and attention to detail were top tier. Every time something was needed, it was communicated clearly and quickly. Every question I had was answered fast. Every update was provided proactively. The teamwork between Chris, Brion, and the rest of the Interlinc staff was seamless. You could tell everyone involved was on the same page and working together to get this deal across the finish line.
What honestly amazed me the most was the SPEED. I am still blown away by how fast this entire process moved considering the complexity involved. Most people in my situation would probably expect delays, headaches, frustration, and constant back and forth. Instead, this team moved with urgency, confidence, and professionalism from start to finish. They made something stressful feel manageable and smooth. That is extremely rare.
There were multiple moments throughout the process where I thought, “there’s no way this can happen this quickly,” and somehow this team continued to deliver. They were solution driven every step of the way. They never made me feel like a problem file. They made me feel like a valued client. That matters more than they probably realize.
I also appreciated the honesty and transparency throughout the process. There was never any smoke and mirrors. Chris and Brion kept me informed every step of the way, told me exactly what was needed, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything moving. That level of communication builds trust, and trust is everything during a major financial transaction like this.
To anyone considering Interlinc Mortgage, especially if you have a more complicated financial situation, self employment history, prior life events, income changes, or anything outside the normal “perfect file,” let me tell you this: this is the team you want in your corner. They know what they’re doing. More importantly, they care.
The professionalism, work ethic, responsiveness, problem solving ability, and customer service from this team exceeded every expectation I had. I have worked with a lot of businesses and professionals over the years, and this was genuinely elite level service.
