Homeowners insurance across Indiana is changing fast. Deductibles are shifting. Roof coverage is being rewritten. Eligibility rules are tighter than they’ve been in years. And when premiums go up, your escrow (and mortgage payment) usually goes up with it.

Auto insurance isn’t immune either. Vehicle prices, repair costs, and claim payouts have all increased — and rates are reflecting that statewide.

The insurance world today looks a lot different than it did even 2–3 years ago.

Most people don’t think about earthquakes… until one happens nearby.

An earthquake was recently reported in Kentucky — right in our region and not far from us here in Southern Indiana. Events like this are a good reminder that earthquakes can happen in our area.

Many people are surprised to learn that earthquake damage is NOT covered under most standard policies unless it’s added separately.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been able to help a lot of families put real money back in their pockets — and I wanted to share just a few examples:

1️⃣ A client switched two autos from American Family and saved **over $2,100 a year** — *on autos alone* His monthly payment dropped from $420 to $240 with the same coverages.

2️⃣ Another client received a letter saying her insurance company would no longer insure properties in Indiana. After shopping multiple options, I was able to save her **over $1,600 a year** between her home and auto.

3️⃣ A long-time State Farm customer with two autos, a home, and a business policy was tired of billing issues and irregularities. While improving service and simplifying everything, I still saved him **over $600 a year**.

These are just a few examples from the past month.
