Insurance Sales & Service Representative
We are a busy, growing insurance agency looking for a motivated, dependable team member to join our sales and service team.
What You’ll Do
Assist clients with their insurance needs
Provide exceptional customer service
Quote and sell insurance products
Follow up with leads
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Handle policy changes, questions, and other day-to-day service needs
Work as part of a supportive, fast-paced team
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to multitask in a busy office
Sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
Must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the required insurance license(s)
