Juneteenth commemorates June 19, 1865, when federal troops arrived in Galveston, Texas, two years after the Emancipation Proclamation, to enforce Abraham Lincoln’s order to end slavery in the rebelling state farthest west

It’s been observed as a day to honor this history and celebrate Black culture and resilience, and it officially became a federal holiday in 2021.

In observance of the holiday, our office will be closed on June 19th. We’ll be back on Monday, June 22nd. We hope you have a meaningful and joyful Juneteenth!

What a way to celebrate International Women's Day!

Our Fashion & Finance event last month brought together an amazing group of women for a fun and inspiring evening. Sarah from House of Color wowed us with a color analysis talk, and Susan & Shelby from Lynne Morgan Boutique served up trend insights and private shopping.

Brandy M. Reichert, CFP® spoke on the importance of women's history and their evolving role in the financial world, and Bobby Schmid (Dorvall) had everyone buzzing with her breakdown of the four money personalities: Spender, Saver, Investor, and Avoider.
