I just closed a sale this morning with a family in Scotts Valley who moved here from Santa Cruz and I had to share my experience with a local Scotts Valley lender, whom I have been doing a few transactions with.
Her name is Lynn Chenaur-Bridges with Bay Equity Home Loans here in town. In fact, her office is between Starbucks and the Hophead to the right of Postal Annex.
You know how I'm always pushing the importance of using local businesses, because I truly believe that you should work with people who are in and are vested in our commUNITY. It's a win-win for all. But it also has to be a business worthy of our business because they have to provide an exceptional experience, which is what I always strive to provide for my real estate clients.
So I wanted to send a shout-out and give recognition to Lynn for providing such an amazing experience to my clients and to me. She is always there to answer questions, she knows her stuff and her rates are as good if not better than most. If you are looking to buy or refinance a home, or are selling and want to know how much you can afford with your new home, she would be a great place to start.
