Story time: The choice of lender matters.

Branch Manager Mike Dapkus recently got a call from a veteran who had been pre-approved with a local lender, and was told that he must sell his current home in order to qualify. The veteran was under contract to purchase a new home for his family, but wasn't sure he was going to be able to sell the current home in time.
